For other unique areas in the UK we offer a within 24hrs (2 Day) delivery service. Some deliveries within the UK are FREE!* (Note: excluding larger items)*  All International orders to include other areas of the EU will incur a delivery/shipping charge based upon the weight of the item/s and final destination. For the Channel Islands and other offshore islands, Please call 0845 003 7483 for delivery charges.

Customers please note, that any first time purchase through this site must be delivered to the Credit or Debit cards registration address. This is to reduce any fraudulent attempts to purchase goods.

Some items, such as large LCD or Plasma TV's, may require additional delivery time and/or charges. If you have questions about your delivery, please call us on 0845 003 7483 and we will be glad to assist you.

Returns (RMA)

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase,  call us on  0845 003 7483  or e-mail us at returns@commtexx.com to obtain your returns number. Please attach this (RMA) number to outside of your item/s and return to us, strictly within 14 days of the purchase date. The product must be unopened (Commtexx security seal unbroken), in its original packaging, and in an unused state - i.e.: in a resellable condition. We cannot accept returns after 14 Days.  When the item/s are received by us, we will inspect and refund your purchase price of the item/s if all conditions mentioned apply.
